Franck Djofang De Ngankam

Franck is a hardworking high school student with a strong passion for sciences, research, soccer, helping others and communications. As the Minister of Marketing and Communications on his student council, he mainly manages an Instagram account with over 15,000 followers, using his creativity and strategic mindset to engage the student body. His love for writing led him to join the school’s journal club and contribute to L’Orléanais, where he enjoys spreading news and sharing impactful stories. His interest in healthcare goes beyond academics—he regularly volunteers at Montfort Hospital, where he gets to experience the medical world up close and see the impact of compassionate care firsthand. With aspirations of becoming a cardiologist, he hopes to one day establish a cardiology clinic in his native country, Cameroon, to improve access to quality healthcare. No matter the project, Franck puts his heart (literally and figuratively) into everything he does. Next year, he plans to study in Biomedical Sciences or Health Sciences at uOttawa.
